Roland Tan has extensive experience in the telecommunications, IT and media industries. He has held top management positions in public listed companies like Keppel T & T, Teledata Singapore Ltd and SingTel, and MNCs like Reed Elsevier Exhibitions. Positions he held include Executive Vice-President at Keppel T & T, CEO of Keppel's data centre, and General Manager of SingTel's Multimedia Division where he was responsible for the rollout of Singapore's nationwide ADSL network. He also served as General Manager of the then NTUC's Radio Heart 91.3FM and 100.3FM.
A keen musician and photographer, Roland was in the pioneering team of the Singapore Armed Forces' Music and Drama Company. He is an engineer by training and holds a LLB (Hons) degree.
