On a Public Service Commission (Teaching) Scholarship, Bee Kwang earned her Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) degree from the National University of Singapore and her Diploma in Education from the Institute of Education. She later obtained a Postgraduate Scholarship to obtain her Master of Education (Mathematics).
Prior to joining SOTA, Bee Kwang taught Mathematics at North View Secondary School, Damai Secondary School, Assumption English School and Dunman High School. She was part of the Algebra Project team during her stint at Curriculum Planning Division. Passsionate about teaching and learning creatively, about being down-to-earth yet striving for excellence, Bee Kwang continually strives to maximise students' learning as painlessly as possible. Numerous Innergy awards and other awards at school, zone, cluster and national level testify to her innovative spirit. Passion undiminished, Bee Kwang hopes to continue inspiring the love for Mathematics at SOTA.
