A sculpture graduate from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design London, Weng Loke specailises in mixed-media drawings, moulding and casting. She has exhibited in group shows in London and in Singapore.
Weng Loke has been teaching for 5 years prior to joining SOTA. She has a diverse teaching experience ranging from Normal (Technical) to Special Stream students. Weng Loke is passionate about helping students gain confidence through gaining concrete skills in art and firmly believes that every student can learn the artistic language for self-expression. She is experienced in designing curriculum to suit students’ learning needs and styles and has embarked on many diverse school-based projects with her students. These projects range from mosaic art and plaster shallow relief to printmaking.
