The School of the Arts (SOTA) is set up by the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts. SOTA is Singapore’s first national pre-tertiary specialised arts school. For youths aged 13 - 18 who have an interest and talent in the visual and performing arts, SOTA offers a dedicated development path, providing them with a new teaching and learning environment where both their artistic and academic potential can best be realised.

Laboratory Attendant

Job requirements:

  • Assist the Laboratory Technician in the operation, care and maintenance of the science laboratories in the school.
  • Assisting in the preparation and setup of materials & equipment and in the planning and implementation of laboratory activities; maintaining the laboratory equipment and resources in the science laboratories; ensure the cleanliness and compliance of safety measures in the laboratories.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Laboratory Technician/ Science Teachers/ Head of Faculty/ Principal/ Vice Principal.

Applicants should have:

  • At least a National Trade Certificate Grade III in the technical discipline or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in similar capacity.
  • The ability to perform daily routine activities and a team player.
