SOTA dance students have the privilege of presenting seven dances choreographed by Singapore's best choreographers – Jeffrey Tan, former principal dancer and resident choreographer with the Singapore Dance Theatre; Kuik Swee Boon, former principal dancer with the Compania Nacional de Danza (Spain) as well as the Singapore Dance Theatre; and Silvia Yong, former principal dancer with Odyssey Dance Theatre (Singapore) and currently one of the founding members of T.H.E Dance Company.

As George Balanchine once said, “I don't want people who want to dance; I want people who have to dance.” The SOTA Faculty of Dance aspires to be able to cultivate this desire amongst our young charges.
